This vibration plate combines vibration exercise with resistance training. Part of the NordicTrack vibration plate range, this particular model has a digital control panel. Short bursts of training can be performed using the short timer settings of 30 seconds, 45 seconds and 60 seconds.
You are also able to select different vibration frequencies from 25 hertz to 35 hertz.
